A car wash for heavy-duty and passenger cars, an auto parts store, and a tire repair shop have been designed next to the building. Sand for the slabs has been delivered - 1000 tons. The following have been filled: transitional express lanes to the Federal Highway, parking areas of 200x100 meters (the parking lot is designed for 100 heavy-duty and 50 passenger cars ), sites for the main building of the roadside complex. The parking lot is compacted and prepared for laying road slabs. Partially (256 6x3 road slabs) have already been laid. The area of ​​the land plot allows you to double the parking area!!!

According to the project, 2 land plots have been allocated for gas stations and gas stations.

There is all permitting documentation from the Administration of the District, Region and RosAvtoDor. Technical conditions for connecting Gas and Electricity have been received - the distance to the connection points is 700 m. The land plot is OWNED. Purpose – industrial lands. Permitted use – construction of a roadside complex. Work was carried out in court to reduce the cadastral value from 74 million rubles. up to 13 million rubles

Measuring work was carried out on cargo flow - 12,000 cars per day. This project has the opportunity to obtain permission for a left turn from the Federal Highway.

The construction of a roadside complex was approved by the administration of the Tyumen region and is an investment project supported by the administration with all the benefits provided for this project.

At the moment, cooperation is being considered in leasing space to ZAO Tander (MAGNIT retail chain) for a food and household goods store. There is a stationary traffic police post 500 meters away. The area of ​​the land plot makes it possible to expand the range of services of the roadside complex by building a logistics center, a car showroom, etc.

Second in volume after Moscow and the first among the regions, the new multi-temperature warehouse of the AUCHAN Retail Russia company was inaugurated. It is part of the Pridorozhny Logistics Complex, a resident of the Preobrazhenka Industrial Park.


The new multi-warehouse allows you to combine different goods - dry goods, fruits and vegetables, meat and fish, alcohol - on one site. With the help of this platform, traffic flows will be optimized, thereby reducing the number of trucks on the roads. From the warehouse in Preobrazhenka, AUCHAN will supply products to 14 hypermarkets located in Samara, Tolyatti, Ulyanovsk, Kazan, Ufa, Saratov and Izhevsk. In addition, this project created 300 new jobs.
