In the mid-70s, Bonduelle acquired several companies in the southwest of France, in the Oise department (l’Oise) and in Belgium. As a result of geographical development, investments began in two new areas: corn and champignons.

In 1980, Bonduelle acquired Marie-Thuma, the leading Belgian producer of canned vegetables and a leading brand with a century-old history on the Belgian market.

In 1983, optimal production capacity was achieved - 350 thousand tons of canned products and 90,000 tons of frozen vegetables.

In 1986, a new range of frozen vegetables “Frying Vegetables Minutka” was introduced.

In 1995, the Bonduelle group opened a representative office in Russia.

In 2003, the Bonduelle group celebrated its 150th anniversary in the food industry, and in 2007 the brand's 60th anniversary.

In 2004, a plant was opened in Krasnodar in Russia, and in 2005, Bonduelle became a leader in the Russian market of canned vegetables.
