I remember how surprised I was by the name of the magazine when I first met it exactly a year ago. As a rule, literary magazines have more poetic names, but here it is “Bulletin of an Arts Teacher.” And now, a year later, having already been published in two issues, I understand that the magazine is named after itself.
You can divide the material published in the magazine (I judge it, at least by the two issues with which I am personally familiar) into three conventional parts, corresponding to the three words that make up the title.
NEWSLETTER. The magazine tells us about cultural events among the first. News from the theater festival "Davydovsky", the scientific and practical conference "To the 200th anniversary of the Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum", the anniversary of the Sphere theater MUDOD Youth Center in Shcherbinka, Moscow region, the opening of an art school of one famous ballerina, various exhibitions and presentations. Thus, the magazine allows its readers to always stay up to date with the most significant events in the art world.

This category of materials may not attract the attention of the average reader, but it undoubtedly represents a storehouse of knowledge for professional teachers.
And finally ART. We should not forget that the magazine also publishes literary works. Personally, for me, who includes my texts here, this category attracts the most. I am also attracted by the fact that preference is given to modern prose, which most publications, for unknown reasons, neglect. Modern in the best manifestations of this trend. I, who started with cyberpunk in my work, who at one time wore wires on my head, quite harmoniously fit into this category with my stories “Munich Heartbeats” (issue No. 2, 2011) and “Eyes the Color of the Sky” (issue No. 1 (3) , 2012). I couldn’t help but be delighted by the stories of the author German Snegov “Umbrella” and “The Trajectory of the Solar Thread” (issue No. 1(3), 2012), the fantastic story by I. Agapova “Signature Hook”, “Walking on the Bridge” by M. Abakin, fantastic story by E. Yasen “Unicorn” (issue No. 2, 2011).
TO SUM UP ALL OF THE ABOVE... The magazine “Bulletin of an Arts Teacher” is intended for those who live by art here and now, those who try to keep up with the latest trends in art, both practical, reflected in artistic literary works of our time, and theoretical, developed by professional teachers.
